Vintage Traditional Japanese Yanagiba Knife Set – Signed Blades (3 Pieces)

This distinguished set consists of three vintage Japanese Yanagiba knives, each bearing a maker’s signature and reflecting traditional regional craftsmanship from Japan.

Yanagiba knives are long, slender blades traditionally used for slicing sashimi and other delicate seafood. Their extended blade length allows for smooth, uninterrupted cuts that help preserve the texture and appearance of the ingredients.

Knife Details:

Left: Tanjirō saku (炭次郎作)

Center: Narita – Mizuta Kunishige (也田 水田國重)

Handle branded with “Narita Registered Mizuta Kunishige”

Right: Tosa Seiryū saku (土佐清流作)

Handle label: “Highest Grade Hand-Forged Blade – Registered Trademark”

Instruction label on the reverse side of the handle
