Salviati - Vase - Murano glass

Elegant sculptural vase in Murano art glass, signed Salviati and datable to the late 20th century.

The vase features an elegant elongated teardrop shape, made of blown glass using the sommerso technique, with a bright, transparent amber tone in the upper part that smoothly fades into a deep, intense black at the base. The color rendering and the quality of the glass are typical of high-end Murano production of the period.

At the base there is a signature engraved with a diamond-point, 'Salviati', visible and documented in the macro photographs.

Good overall condition. Slight superficial signs at the base compatible with age and use. No cracks or chips.
