Description from the seller
Four books relating to the history and conservation of globes and celestial spheres. First, the foundational work by Stevenson published in New Haven in 1921 and reissued by Martino in 2001. A very interesting small-format publication from the National Maritime Museum by Robert Baldwin. A publication from the London antiquarian firm specializing in the subject, Trevor Philips & Sons, very elegant and engaging. And finally, an interesting publication from the Universitat de València related to the restoration of its two Blaeu globes in Catalan and Spanish.
Very good condition. Some underlining
