Notarial document dated September 3, 1842, in which Mr. Pedro Castillejo De la Villa de Montijo appeared.
1 sheet, folio size (31×21 cm). - Stamped paper from 1842 belonging to the reign of Queen Isabel II (regency of Baldomero Espartero). - Signature of the Castillejos at the lower part of the page, as well as of the participants in the document, the Páez de Castillejos family.
The Castillejos family was one of the noblest families in medieval Spain, specifically in the region of Andalusia. They owned structures such as the current Paez de Castillejos Palace in Córdoba. Their archive was sold in the late 20th century, and it is currently in private hands, so obtaining documents about the family is impossible.
