Description from the seller
A set of four model airplanes from the Tintin universe, faithfully inspired by the aircraft appearing in Hergé's albums.
These airplanes are emblematic of Tintin's adventures, notably those set in the Middle East and North Africa (The Black Gold, Coke in Stock, The Cigars of the Pharaoh, etc.).
The set includes:
A yellow fighter aircraft, decorated with circular insignia featuring a crescent and star, typical of the fictional air forces of Khemed, an imaginary country recurring in the Tintin universe.
An amphibious floatplane used for reconnaissance and liaison missions.
A twin-engine transport aircraft, reminiscent of civil and military aircraft from the 1930s–1940s that appear in the albums.
A blue-gray twin-engine airplane, completing the set and bringing a variation in the livery.
ATTENTION: there are no boxes or blister packs; this is an assorted lot.
