A three-piece set of Natural Blue Calcite in freeform shapes (sphere, obelisk and freeform) from Madagascar, weighing 1682.24 g.
Description from the seller
This set of blue calcite brings together three distinct shapes—sphere, obelisk, and freeform—into a balanced ensemble with a soft, calming glow. The stone reveals a delicate palette of light ice blue, sky blue, and milky white tones that blend softly into one another, giving the material a deep, cloudy texture. Under the polish, the natural crystalline structures remain clearly visible, lending each piece a lively, authentic presence.
The sphere appears particularly harmonious and cohesive, with evenly distributed color gradients that subtly shift depending on the lighting. The obelisk, with its clear, ascending form, emphasizes the internal structure of calcite and brings the translucent zones as well as the angular-crystalline portions into relief especially well. The freeform provides an organic counterpoint to this, with a softly flowing silhouette and transitions between denser and more translucent areas that are individually pronounced.
Blue calcite is traditionally associated with calm, clarity, and inner balance. In this combination of geometric rigor and freeform shapes, a cohesive overall impression emerges that is balanced both visually and symbolically.
An elegant, natural set with a serene presence, ideal as a decorative arrangement, a meditative focal point, or a high-quality collectible.
