Description from the seller

Exclusive lamp assembled with a French boat propeller from the 1970s.

Unique industrial design piece, created from an original nautical vessel propeller. The base is made of metal alloy, preserving its original patina with traces of paint and marine corrosion. The structure supports a central socket into which a bulb is inserted (not included). Wired with a cord, switch, and power plug.

The work is part of the contemporary found object art movement, reusing mechanical components from the mid-20th century. Its organic three-blade form provides a stable and robust base, while the contrast between rough metal and the warmth of the illuminated glass defines its aesthetics.

Originally, it was part of a ship's propulsion system and now functions as a sculptural lighting fixture with a striking visual impact. It is an ideal element to preside over desks in offices or modern living rooms, adding a historical narrative and a handcrafted character to the décor.

A unique piece!
