Dimensions from about 8 to 14 mm
Australian-made Doublet Opals from Coober Pedy, one of the most well-known places in the world for extracting precious opal. A very luminous stone with a blend of color shades. In terms of composition, the triplet – typically Australian – is composed of a layer of noble opal adhered to a dark-colored base, which dramatically amplifies the play-of-color effect, a hallmark of the stone's unmatched charm, with a transparent top, in this case resin, that increases its durability.

All items are photographed individually with a high-resolution macro lens in an indoor setting with LED lighting at 5000 Kelvin, the color temperature closest to sunlight. The photos undergo no modification, except for cropping.
