Inscriptions: Obverse: an urban architectural view with buildings and a central tower, surrounded by the upper legend corresponding to the issuing city. Reverse: NÜRNBERG-FÜRTHER STRASSENBAHN · 20 PFENNIG, with the value centered inside a beaded circle.
- Grade: MS63 (NGC).
Emergency Notgeld minted in aluminum during the postwar German period, with a characteristic polygonal shape, featuring a detailed depiction of an urban ensemble on the obverse, executed in a sober and functional style. The reverse presents a clear and symmetric composition centered on the face value, with robust and well-defined typography. Specimen with full relief, clean fields and original satin luster, showing minimal superficial marks typical of the issue and fully consistent with its grade of preservation. A coin representing the local German monetary system in the inflationary context of the early Weimar Republic.
