Vintage mid-century modern table lamp in pale blue with brass elements, aluminium construction, height 47 cm, base diameter 14 cm, shade diameter 35 cm, two E27 fittings (LED compatible), Belgian origin, dating to 1950–1960, in good used condition and in working order.

Vintage table lamp - Mid-Century Modern 1950s/60s
In beautiful soft vintage baby blue with brass elements.
Overall in very good condition. Cap without dents / irregularities. Small signs of aging on the foot (see photo).
Often assigned to the German VEB – Lutz Rudolf, but apparently from the Belgian Massive.
Massive was founded in 1926 and began originally as a bronze foundry that manufactured candles and chandeliers. Years later they also specialized in lighting, which in the 1970s led to enormous expansion. In the 1980s, Massive became one of the leading lighting companies across Europe. In 2008, Philips acquired Massive.
