Megalodon - Fossil tooth - 15.2 cm - 11.7 cm

Here I offer an absolute rarity: a Megalodon tooth from the Caribbean with an incredible size of 6 inches, length 15.2 cm and width 11.7 cm. Beautiful colors, white bourlette with dark accents and a great serration.

If 6" tooth sizes are rare, 6" Caribbean teeth are a rarity.

Caribbean teeth are only very rarely unearthed undamaged due to their locations and the methods of uncovering. And so this tooth bears surface damage along the middle of the tooth from a saw due to the use of tools, which was restored by a professional restorer. Almost invisible now, only hinted by the serration near the tip. An absolute highlight in any collection. These teeth are virtually unavailable on the market, especially not in this condition and size. All pictures were taken in daylight and without filters.
