Pair of antique wooden inlaid nightstands with marble top
Period: the first half of the 20th century, approximately 1930–1950
Style: traditional classic with neoclassical/English influences
Elegant pair of bedside tables made of solid wood and veneer, enriched by refined geometric inlays on the front and the sides.
The upper surfaces are dark veined marble, inset and original to the period.
The structure presents:
• An upper drawer with a metal handle
• A lower door with a storage compartment
• Decorative metal fittings on the backrest and on the upper corners
• Tapered, well-proportioned and elegant little feet
The two nightstands are coherent in style, period, and materials, with slight artisanal variations that confirm their authenticity.
