Batch consisting of 6 lithographed bottles of 500 ml of organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Lithographed plates with reproductions of some images of Sicilian localities.
Organic oil with exceptionally high density and velvety finish. Deep green color with yellow-gold highlights.
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. Medium fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance, with a tomato finish and a sweet almond note.
Ideal on fish, whether raw or cooked, but also on legume soups, red meats, and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a 'one-of-a-kind' product precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundant in the tuff rock upon which they stand majestically.
