ences. The "Iselis" white wine is made from a native Sardinian white grape variety, Nasco. This variety grows in the vineyards of the Argiolas winery, on soils predominantly composed of limestone and marl. Once the grapes arrive in the winemaking facilities after harvest, they are gently pressed and, after natural decantation, ferment at a controlled temperature in both stainless steel and small French oak barrels. The wine then ages in both stainless steel and wood for several months, until bottling. The "Iselis" white wine displays a beautiful straw yellow color. The aromas echoing on the nose are predominantly floral, enhanced by notes of tropical fruit and a hint of musk on the finish. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with a satisfying sip characterized by an enveloping and soft sensation on the palate.
