Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely through mechanical processes.
Tasting Notes
It has a predominantly ripe fruitiness of medium to light intensity, with notes of ripe apple, but also with a slight perception of green leaves and olives. In the mouth, it is a smooth olive oil with medium to light bitter and spicy intensity.
