The Jaguar SS 100 from 1937 is an iconic British sports car, built by SS Cars Ltd. in Coventry. It is considered one of the first vehicles to bear the name 'Jaguar'.
Here are the technical specifications for model year 1937, with most models delivered with the 2.5-liter engine (the 3.5-liter only became popular shortly thereafter):
Engine type: 6-cylinder inline engine (standard base, converted to OHV)
Displacement: 2,663 cc (2.5 L)
Power: approx. 100–104 hp (70–76 kW)
