Tablecloth (13) - 285 cm - 172 cm - Ancient embroidery

This wonderful tablecloth was the most beautiful piece in the trousseau.
Arrived to us and never used.
In perfect condition
In fine linen, Cantù lace has wide applications.
The hand-embroidered designs, flawless in full stitch and shading, run along all four edges and are finished with Cantù lace.
The embroidery is also on the central part of the table and acts as a frame for Cantù lace.

As you can see from the photo, it has small age spots that sit along the edge of the tablecloth and disappear after washing.
