Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Three Märklin 72442 rem modules in H0 scale, tested and in good condition.
Description from the seller
3 x Märklin 72442 remote modules.
In good condition.
Tested and working.
Very light discoloration.
The photos give a good impression and are therefore part of the description.
Info:
Rail drive with an integrated circuit to regulate the stopping of Digital locomotives with high-power drive. Connections for a two-aspect light signal, for the required 3-rail sections to ensure safe stopping. The brake module is controlled via a K83 decoder or via a traditional switchboard 7272/72720. Dimensions 100 x 54 x 22 mm.
The brake module requires 3 insulated track sections at the signal. The first part is a transition section, which corresponds to the length of a ski sleeper (about 70–90 mm). The second section is the actual braking section, in which the locomotive stops under control. The length of the braking section is determined by the setting of the brake delay on the locomotive decoder. This second section must be at least 40–50 cm long. The third section is a safety section, in which, as is customary in signal sections, the running power is switched off. This prevents unintended “overshooting” of the locomotive over the signal section.
The brake module is suitable for light and semaphore signals.
Locs with built-in unregulated Digital- or Delta electronics remain partly in the braking section or only in the safety section. An unequivocal instruction is not possible. Therefore the use of the brake module 72442 together with unregulated drives is less advisable.
All connections with new plug-in connectors. The function corresponds to the brake module 72441.
