Elegant Italian dining set from the 1970s consisting of a square table and four coordinated chairs, made in worked wood (faux bamboo), the typical stylistic hallmark of Italian design of the period.

The table features a refined top divided into panels with recessed glass inserts, a solution that visually lightens the structure and highlights the artisanal quality of the workmanship. The legs and profiles recall the aesthetics of turned bamboo, a decorative element highly valued in late 70s and early 80s design.

The model can be traced to the buffet tables attributed to Vittorio Gregotti’s design environment, examples of elegant balance between architectural rigor and material decoration.

The four coordinated chairs reuse the same workmanship with a bamboo-effect wooden structure and upholstered seat covered in decorative fabric, ensuring comfort and aesthetic coherence with the table. Good overall condition with normal signs of time and use, small superficial marks consistent with age.
One chair has a small defect as shown in the photo. Solid structures and intact glass.
