Table lamp - Glass, brass

Small, quirky lamp from the 1940s or 1950s.
The glass cover is made using the so-called incamiciato technique. This glass technique, 'incamiciato,' is a traditional method for working with Murano glass, where layers of glass of different colors are placed on top of each other.
The glass of the hat has a light ochre color at the top, and it is opaline white at the bottom.
The hat is placed on an opaline glass, half sphere.

The glass processing as well as the brass details, such as the ring on the hat and the three-legged base, testify to artisanal craftsmanship.
