Gorgeous GEM phonograph - original with case, horn, and 2 cylinders.

This is an early device - around 1900–1905.
These devices were the predecessors of four-minute gaming devices.

The phonograph is running, and you can hear something, but it probably should be completely cleaned once, and the speed also needs to be adjusted.

The sound here also doesn't come through a needle but through a playback sapphire.

The rollers look quite good; these are wax rollers.

I can't say whether the fairly unclear tone is due to that; there is also a note included with it. Here is the exact text (advertising copy) that is contained on the cylinder. However, when playing the cylinder, it is not understandable.
