This type of grinders, often identified by the inscription "PATENTADO" (Patented), is an iconic example of early 20th-century European craftsmanship.

This grinder is distinguished by its large cast-iron flywheel with a wooden handle, which at the time helped grind hard coffee beans with minimal effort. The piece exudes a robust, industrial feel and is still equipped with the original wooden hopper.
