Arthur Grace, America 101, a 1st edition hardback photography book with dust jacket published by Fall Line Press in 2012, 112 pages, 29.97 × 30.23 cm, English, original language, very good condition.
Description from the seller
In America 101, Grace draws 101 images from his rich personal archive of the United States to create an intense visual chronicle of what defines and represents us as Americans. For nearly 40 years, Arthur Grace traveled across the United States with a Leica rangefinder, shooting in black and white anything that struck him as visually interesting. He thought that one day those photographs might hold some potential if he ever stopped documenting and sat down to meticulously review his archive. The idea of presenting these images in a photobook came from a suggestion by fellow photographer Elliot Erwitt, who advised Grace that reviewing his early work might be the smartest move a photographer could make.
