Description from the seller

A rotary-dial telephone with a bracket from the Belgian Atea dating from 1956; the housing is made of Zamak, a heavy zinc alloy, and the handset is made of Bakelite.

Commissioned by the RTT (Directorate for Telephony and Telegraphy).

RTT was founded in 1930, and in 1991 it changed its name to Belgacom.

The phone in question weighs almost 3 kg and is in good working condition; see the photos for the best impression.
