Set of 3 Vintage Traditional Japanese Ko-Deba Knives – Signed Blades

Offered here is a compelling set of three vintage traditional Japanese Ko-Deba knives (small Deba), all signed and crafted in the classic single-bevel Japanese style.

Ko-Deba knives are designed for detailed fish preparation, small fish butchery, and precise work around bones while maintaining the robust spine typical of Deba construction.

1) “Koshiki Hizukuri – Yoshiaki Saku” (古式火造 良明作)

Blade length: approx. 12–13 cm
Total length: approx. 24–25 cm

A traditionally forged piece marked “Old-style Fire Forged – Made by Yoshiaki.”
This knife reflects classical forging methods, with a sturdy spine and compact profile ideal for controlled fish processing.

2) “Seki Magoroku Ginju” (関孫六 銀寿)

Blade length: approx. 13–14 cm
Total length: approx. 26–27 cm

A knife bearing the prestigious Seki Magoroku name, associated with the historic blade-making tradition of Seki City.
The Ginju line is known for practical professional use, combining durability and sharp cutting performance.
