Ceramic tray by Rometti from Italy, dating to 1930–1940 in the Art Nouveau style, measuring 40 cm wide, 25 cm deep and 8 cm high, in excellent condition.

The tray shown in the image is a vintage ceramic piece made by the prestigious Rometti manufactory in Umbertide, dating roughly to the 1930s.
Design and Form: It features a distinctive oval shape with scalloped edges and handles integrated into the structure. The base is raised by small feet.
Decoration: The center is adorned with a vibrant, hand-painted floral pattern on a white background, featuring large orange flowers and a yellow sunflower, surrounded by green leaves and small buds.
Finish: The exterior and the edges feature a finish that imitates the grain of wood or wicker, typical of some artistic productions of the period.
The Rometti manufactory is renowned for its contribution to Futurism and for having collaborated with important artists such as Dante Baldelli, who directed production starting precisely from the late 1920s.
