Elegant wooden column with a helical (spiral) finish dating from the 1960s.
This column serves as an ideal pedestal for displaying a variety of objects, whether it is a marble or bronze sculpture, a collectible ceramic piece, or a vibrant vase full of flowers.
The wood has a very nice sheen, and there are hardly any visible signs of use.
The column is in excellent condition as shown in the photos, which are an integral part of the description.
Fully handcrafted to depict, beneath the 29 cm upper shelf, the barley-twist shaft (also known as barley twist or Solomon's column), a spiral carving technique that was very popular between the 17th and 19th centuries.
In good / optimal condition, that do not degrade the beauty and elegance of the two items.
