AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Two strings of in total 160 so-called "Wedding beads", worn by women of the Fulani-people in Mali. These glass beads of a very large variety of colours and designs, were originally made in Bohemia (Czech Republic), especially for this West-African region. Produced in the 1960-70,s, although a few art-deco beads are to be found. Most of these beads are so-called "drop"- beads but a few triangular- and claw-beads are added.
A very nice , diverse collection for an interested collector. Collected in Mali in the late 1990,s.
