Very large cider pitcher dating from the second half of the 19th century.
This large pitcher was used to draw cider from oak barrels and serve it in taverns.
It is very well preserved for its advanced age!
This pitcher is a testament to French folk art and the skill of master coopers.
Age: about 150 years
Oak wood material with steel banding (iron)
