1 Can of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil "FRUTTATO MEDIO"
This oil, produced using the stone mill crushing method, has a well-balanced flavor that makes it an exceptional oil for raw dressings. Ideal for dishes with balanced flavor, salads, soups, risottos, sauces. Also excellent for cooking and for frying.
1 Can of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil "FRUTTATO INTENSO"
This extra virgin olive oil is produced using the stone mill crushing method, cold-pressed from selected olives of the typical Apulian variety Coratina. It is characterized by an intense flavor, with pleasant bitterness and peppery notes.
1 Can of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil "AFFIORATO"
It is obtained following the ancient method of affioramento, which consists of hand-harvesting a very small percentage of oil (about 2-3%) that forms spontaneously on the olive paste before pressing.
