Galantino presents 6 bottles of 500 ml Olio EVO 100% Italiano PDO from Puglia, Italia, in new original packaging.
Description from the seller
LOT consisting of 6 bottles in LIMITED EDITION of 500 ml, containing extra virgin olive oil produced by Frantoio Galantino, PUGLIA - ITALY.
The Galantino Mill is located in the center of Apulia, between churches, monuments, trulli and castles. It is a land of ancient olive groves, crossed by tratturi and the “Oil Roads.” It is the region with the largest production of extra virgin olive oil in the world.
Frantoio Galantino is at the gates of Bisceglie, a cheerful medieval-origin town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, an ideal place for olive cultivation but also a sought-after tourist destination, a center of entertainment and an important archaeological site.
Galantino extra virgin olive oil, produced by the stone-milling method with stone wheels, is cold-pressed from carefully selected olives of the typical Apulian varieties Coratina and Ogliarola. Its aroma and balanced flavor, together with the very low acidity, make it an exceptional oil for raw dressings; when used in cooking it adds flavor and digestibility to foods.
Ideal for dishes with balanced flavor, salads, soups, risottos, sauces. Also excellent for cooking and frying.
