The pride of Giusti’s acetaia art, the “Banda Rossa” was the personal gift of Uncle Giuseppe to the current members of the family. Full-bodied and substantial, it is distinguished by an unmistakable complexity and aromatic richness. Among its notes are prunes, black cherries, and a sweet spiciness infused by the ancient woods in which it rested, persisting long after tasting.

Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In cellars of ancient barrels dating from the 1700s-1800s. A limited quantity drawn once a year.
