Liturgy silver chalice (.915) from Spain, dating to ca. 1940–1950, accompanied by its silver paten, with inscriptions on the paten and chalice base, standing 25.5 cm tall with a 16 cm diameter and weighing 515 g (paten 122 g), in good used condition and with its original transport case.
Description from the seller
Silver liturgical chalice with paten – Spain, ca. 1940–1950
A liturgical chalice accompanied by its paten, made of silver, in a traditional ecclesiastical style, probably of Spanish origin (mid-20th century).
The chalice features a bell-shaped cup with raised vegetal decoration (acanthus leaves), a central cubic knot with floral motifs, and a wide, richly ornamented base. It is a Mass chalice intended for liturgical use.
The paten, also in silver, is intended for the placement of the Host (Body of Christ).
The set is provided with its original carrying case.

On the paten:

At the base of the chalice:

Probably a commemorative piece or a religious donation item.
