Signed Blades – Sugimoto / Maruichi Kokan (Registered Ei) / Nihonbashi Kiya
A compelling set of three vintage traditional Japanese Nakiri vegetable knives, each bearing a signature (mei) and representing different historic knife-making traditions in Japan.
