The lot includes the following items:

Faller
928 townhouse, very good used condition
130712 Townhouse in very good used condition and some of the window railings are missing.
Townhouse railing is partially slightly damaged, and the roof as well as one chimney must be glued.
Hotel Restaurant Terminus — very good used condition.
Fire station: a small corner of the roof has broken off here, and two of the six doors cannot be opened.

In general, the buildings are in good to very good used condition, with signs of wear, e.g., broken and missing decorative elements, etc.
