Magnificent translucent yellow glass unguentarium.
An elongated conical belly that rounds toward the bottom and a flat base.
A cylindrical neck tightened at the base and a mouth with a lip folded inward, then flattened.
Traces of partial iridescence of a silvery color and some earthy deposits.

- Dimension: 96 x 25 x 25 mm

- Dating: 1st - 2nd century AD

- Provenance: From the V.A collection, Maastricht, acquired in the 2000s

- Literature: - The Ancient Glasses of the Louvre Museum II, Fig. 590, Pg. 208
- Dos and Bertie Winkel collection, Ancient Glass, Fig. Dos28, Pg. 70-71

- Condition: Superb condition, magnificent color, intact!!
