Description from the seller

Soliflore with a rounded belly and slim neck in iridescent green glass. Decorated with glass knobs and finished with gold enamel.

Manufactured circa 1896 by Loetz (Johann Lotz Witwe). Loetz created this range in response to the founding of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), founded in Paris during a congress at the Sorbonne, initiated by Baron Pierre de Coubertin to restore the Olympic Games.

Thus the range was given the name 'Olympia'.

The vase, given its age, is in excellent condition. There are a few microchips to note at the neck opening (see photo).

The item will be shipped promptly and with the necessary care and attention.
