This is the official catalogue of the “Tadao Ando: Challenge” exhibition held in 2017 at The National Art Center Tokyo.

The exhibition highlighted the lifelong pursuit of innovation by Tadao Ando, who taught himself architecture and continually broke conventions with bold, uncompromising designs. The catalogue is structured into six thematic sections, including:

This particular copy includes a handwritten signature and an original drawing by Tadao Ando.
