Voigtländer Jubilar bellows camera for 120/220 rollfilm (6x9 cm), tested and working, in good condition.
Description from the seller
A Voigtländer Jubilar bellows camera with a Voigtländer Anastigmat Voigtar 10.5 cm F/9 lens.
uses 120 roll film for 6x9 cm
released in 1931 as an anniversary model commemorating Voigtländer's 175-year existence.
- Alfred Gauthier Sluiter
- shutter speeds for Time exposures / Bulb, 1/25 or 1/75 second
- aperture from f/9 to f/12.5 to f/18
The camera is in good condition for its age. The corners of the upholstery curl a little here and there, but it is well secured. The bellows is not entirely light-tight, but this can be taped. The camera at least gives a very nice impression of the period.
with a beautiful leather camera bag, also from the 1930s. With a customs tag on the camera
Voigtländer is a very old brand in photography. It has been present since the invention of photography in 1839 with lenses, and from the following year in 1840 with the manufacture of complete cameras.
They remained very active and innovative, and in 1959 Voigtländer was the first to bring a zoom lens for 35mm photography to the market—the Zoomar 36-82mm F/2.8, the namesake of the "zoom lens." Voigtländer also, with the Voigtländer Vitrona, was the first to release a 35mm compact camera with a built-in flash.
