Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Pair of vintage ABS bedside or wall lamps in brown, model Aurora by Siberin (Italy), from the late 1960s Space Age period, with E14 fittings, two items, in New Old Stock condition with minor storage marks and tested in working order, supplied with original Siberin box and mounting/instruction sheets.
Description from the seller
Pair of bedside or wall lamps made of ABS in refined dark brown (moro head) color.
This model, named Aurora, is extremely rare and was produced in Italy by Siberin of Caronno Pertusella (VA) during the Space Age, in the late 1960s, for a very limited period as an experiment by its owner, Francesco Turrini (born 1940), who still leads the company specialized in refrigeration equipment today.
Designed as table lamps, they were produced with the article code 126 and prepared to be wall-mounted as well (applique). In some close-up photos images from Siberin’s catalog of the era are shown.
Excellent condition, virtually as new (NOS: New Old Stock) because they have been stored for almost 60 years in Siberin’s warehouse in Caronno Pertusella, so they may bear only minor signs from storage.
They take small E14 bulbs (not included) – max 40 watts.
IMPORTANT: the lamps are still in their packaging and have only been opened to test them!
Each comes with the wall-mount installation instruction sheet and the original Siberin box (see last image) that contained them and in which they will be shipped.
The box shown in the last image is offered as a courtesy and will be protected with black cellophane for extra protection during transport.
Shipment is always tracked and carefully managed.
