Elegant Limoges porcelain tableware – C.H. Field Haviland – France
Refined tableware in fine French porcelain produced by C.H. Field Haviland, a historic manufactory active in Limoges from the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century.
The service is distinguished by the refined perimetral decoration with floral motifs, garlands and ornamental swags in blue and pink tones, enriched with gold detailing. The ensemble recalls the classical French taste of the early decades of the 20th century. The porcelain features a bright glaze and good material quality, typical of the Limoges tradition.
Composition and dimensions:
• 7 flat plates – diameter about 25 cm
• 5 soup plates – diameter about 23 cm
• 6 fruit/dessert plates – diameter about 22 cm
• 1 large oval serving plate – about 37 × 26 cm
• 2 smaller oval serving plates – about 23 × 13 cm
• 1 salad bowl – diameter about 25 cm, height about 8 cm
Original mark C.H. Field Haviland – Limoges France on the back, with the “Label de Qualité” emblem.
Conditions
The service is in overall excellent condition. Decorations well preserved and gilding still crisp. Any minimal signs of wear are consistent with age and do not compromise overall aesthetics.

First half of the 20th century (circa 1900–1930).
