Four ceramic tiles (20x20 cm) in white matte wood frames (external 23x23 cm) by Vincenzo D'Alba, Italy, dating to 2020+, in almost unused condition.
Description from the seller
6 tiles 20 x 20 in white matte wood frame 23 x 23 cm Geneva collection Ginevra Kiasmo
The series "Ginevra" composed of 18 subjects represents a variant of the same theme. That is, the idea of creating portraits where expression, fashion and femininity become elusive, shifting elements, capable of poetically describing both the exterior appearance and the soul of the woman. “Ginevra” represents a series of faces that follow one another like icons of style, but also as visions of everyday life; all these faces become a way to seek an indefinable beauty and femininity.
They arise from the use of ceramic tiles, framed with white matte wood, on which the drawings, signed by Vincenzo D’Alba, are applied via screen printing.
The 4 frames have been on display but are in like-new condition, without the original packaging, with labels and stamps on the back from Kiasmo. Displayed in showroom
