David Hicks in Colour is a tribute to the exceptional talent of interior designer David Hicks, renowned decorator and master of pattern, colours and design. With an introduction by Tory Burch, this limited edition book offers a new perspective on the life and work of David Hicks. Organized into ten color-themed portfolios, the book is a visual feast, featuring David Hicks's most iconic designs and color palettes, as well as unseen photographs, many of which are in color for the first time. It delves into Hicks's creative process and the influences that shaped his unique aesthetic. Each copy is bound with one of the three iconic prints by David Hicks, drawn by Christoph Radl as a Cabana Magazine–style revisitation of Hicks's early books, combining the graphics and bold imagery of the 1960s with a tactile and sensual feel that is very current and very Cabana.
