Roman panel with a fish mosaic on white tesserae, made of red and black stone tesserae and dating to the 3rd–4th century A.D., re-set in a modern wood panel and measuring 23 cm long by 14 cm high (mosaic only), with a frame size of 29 cm by 21.5 cm; provenance from a private UK collection with prior ownership before 2000.

On white tesserae background, made of red and black stone tesserae, representing a fish. Exquisite. Part of a larger floor or wall mosaic. Re-set in a modern wood panel.
