Marantz - 4025 - Cassette Deck - Solid state stereo receiver

Beautiful and genuine monster receiver spawned by the great Marantz Audio, and undoubtedly a good opportunity for any Hi-Fi collector.

Really nice device with a brushed aluminum front, elegant silkscreen, and a warm wood cover.

Very sweet valve-like sound, it’s almost addictive; this series of Marantz receivers never disappoints.

FM range: 87.5-108 MHz, AM range: 525-1605 kHz. Input selector, possible to choose speaker mode. Additional features: bass and treble controls, loudness control, signal strength level and FM tuning indicators, balance control, jack for headphones and microphones, counter, Dolby B NR System, Bias, EQ. Low filter. In a model 4025L available LW with a range: 150-350 kHz.

Attention: large and heavy device.

The unit has been serviced and externally is in good condition, showing some signs of use and age, with some silkscreen loss in certain areas. The cassette deck mechanism seems to operate but there is no sound. The amplification has been tested and works as does the radio and there is stereo reception. The dial shaft is somewhat bent. Its illumination seems not to work. In short, a device with age that needs care and some work.
