Description from the seller
2 beautiful cushions handcrafted with Rubelli fabrics: "Dejeuner sur l'herbe - Grigio" (ref. 30413-001 - front) and "Liverpool - Rust" (ref. 30367-029 - back).
On the front, a pure cotton print that recalls plein air painting. A revisited toile de Jouy, Déjeuner sur l’herbe is populated with elegant figures in eighteenth-century outfits in a small, idyllic, carefree scene. On the back, instead, a semi-gloss fabric; the light shading gives it body and highlights its rich color tones.
Front composition: 100% CO
Back composition: 100% PL
Measurements: 46x46 cm +/-5%
Rubelli is one of the most prestigious Italian textile houses, founded in Venice in 1858. Renowned for its artisanal tradition and for the excellence of its velvets, damasks, and jacquard fabrics, the brand combines a rich historical heritage with ongoing creative exploration.
