It is a piece of exceptional professional quality, ideal for cooking or for a characterful decoration.

Features:
• Weight: 2.413 kg (heavy-thickness copper for perfect heat distribution).
• Brand: Stamp "E. DEHILLERIN PARIS" clearly visible on the side.
• Materials: Solid red copper and "ears" handles in bronze/brass.
• Construction: Handcrafted with 3 copper rivets per handle, a guarantee of robustness and longevity.
• Condition: Very beautiful vintage condition with a superb patina

Used by the greatest chefs, Dehillerin basins allow even sugar cooking without sticking. This is a lifetime utensil that increases in value with time.
