Splendid set consisting of four vintage towels, made of pure linen of the highest quality. These pieces represent the excellence of household linen from the past, where every detail was refined with meticulous artisanal craftsmanship. The fabric presents the typical fresh and robust hand of antique linen, gaining over time a unique softness and luster.
The set includes three different types of decoration:
Intaglio and Embroidery Stitching: Features large floral motifs and hand-picked fringed edges with elegant swirls.
Threading and Antique Stitch: Characterized by basket-weave geometric motifs and insertion of drawn thread that create a delicate transparency effect.
Botanical Embroidery with Butterflies: An ultra-fine white-on-white embroidery with elegant butterflies and small flowers, symbolizing refinement and attention to detail.
The lot consists of two different size pairs:
