This is a vintage silver-plated (EPNS) lidded sugar bowl with a vibrant cobalt blue glass liner, featuring elegant ornate detailing and a domed lid with finial.

- Liner: Removable cobalt blue glass insert — intact and vivid, perfect for sugar, jam, condiments, or use as a small trinket box.
- Overall form: Compact, elegant, and functional for tea services, dining tables, or display.
