- Inscriptions: Obverse: REPUBLICA DOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DO BRASIL 1913. Reverse: ORDEM E PROGRESSO 500 REIS.
- Grading: MS65 (PCGS)

This coin features on the obverse the bust of an allegorical female figure with a crown of laurel leaves, representing the Republic. On the reverse is shown the coat of arms of Brazil surrounded by olive branches and stars, along with the motto "ORDEM E PROGRESSO". It was minted in the context of the republican system established in Brazil after the proclamation of the Republic in 1889.
